You do not need to know the dimension of A to be able to accurately replicate the challenge. But it is crucial to know that the value of those lines is the same, that is the reason we called it A.
As I said earlier, all FILLET are R=5. We have 3 FILLET here.
You will need to use the UCS command to place the circle at its appropriate distance using the same technique we used in the last session. But there are other methods you can use to achieve this.
The following information will also be important to know.

Hello. First of all thanks for the great tutorials. My confusion is with the lengths of the two A. My first thought was to find the hypotenuse using the right-angle triangle but we the information given we cannot find the horizontal line. Am i missing something? Thanks
Hey Andreas
The idea here was to tell you that those two segments are of equal length. So what you need to do here is to figure out how to place a segment of 10 units such as its midpoint coincides with the midpoint of a longer segment.
This will be more explanatory
Thanks Andreea for you are reply. i know how to find it this way. The thing is that i dont know the length of this part. Therefore i cannot draw the upper part
You are 100% right Andreas. I updated the post. Thanks
